The objective of the report is to differentiate the oral microbiota in the various age groups, trying as much as possible to implement clinical and home protocols by providing all the subsidies in order to guarantee a long-lasting state of eubiosis. Compliance also involves the active role of parents, family members and/or guardians in order to follow the child even in the home maintenance of mobile devices. Therefore it is essential to collect all the clinical reports in the various phases of the treatment, in order to slavishly communicate to the orthodontist any therapeutic complications or the onset of white lesions affecting the dental enamel, and then implement remineralizing protocols to restore a restitutio ad integrum.
